Shuttle Users
The Shuttle is free for all riders.
Out-of-County Medical Appointments
We provide transport to medical appointments each week, Monday through Thursday, to Durham, Hillsborough, Chapel Hill & Prospect Hill. Medical appointments to Durham, Hillsborough, Chapel Hill & Prospect Hill need to be made before 11:00 AM each day. The bus will leave Roxboro around 6:00 am each day and begin the return trip to Roxboro by Noon. Medical appointment times at Prospect Hill are more flexible. Please call our office before 11 am the day before to schedule ALL appointments.
PATS DOES NOT PROVIDE SAME DAY SERVICE!
No Show Policy
A No Show is defined as any of the following:

A passenger who fails to show up for their scheduled transit reservation

A passenger who fails to be ready to board the vehicle within the 5-minute wait time

A passenger who fails to cancel their scheduled transit reservation within 1 hour of the pick-up time

If the driver shows up at your door and you cancel at the door and do not ride
No Show Fee for in county trip $5
No Show Fee for out of county trip $10
