About the Program
Mindful Moments is an inviting meditation class designed for anyone looking to reduce stress, improve focus, and find balance in daily life. Participants will learn simple, practical techniques to quiet the mind and center the body—no previous meditation experience required.
Instructor
Patricia Hall has been studying the intellectuals of meditation since 2005. In 2018, she deepened her personal practice and became certified through The Sean Fargo Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training. Patricia’s journey with meditation has profoundly improved her quality of life and inspired her passion for sharing contemporary meditation with others.
