New Park coming in 2026 in Southern Person County! Rotary Club Of Roxboro Centennial Park. 

Miles of Multi- Use Trails, ADA Trail and Picnic Areas.

UPDATE

We’re thrilled to share that Centennial Park is on track for a soft opening in early spring 2026.  Thanks to the tireless dedication of our many volunteers, nearly 6miles of trail have already been completed, forming the heart of our beautiful trail system.

Key infrastructure projects are progressing well:

• The access road, parking lot, and ADA-compliant walking track have been paved.
• Electrical installation is nearing completion.

Once these essential elements are finalized, construction of the restroom facility will begin.

We’re just as excited as you are to see the park come to life and can't wait for the community to explore and enjoy everything Centennial Park has to offer. Stay tuned for more updates!

Picnic Shelters, Ballfields, Gymnasiums, County Auditorium, Timberlake Community Building and Mayo Park Community Center are available for rent. CALL 336-597-1755 for pricing and availability. Rentals must be made in person at our office at 303 S. Morgan Street, Roxboro. 

Special Events like Fundraisers, Community Events, Races, Concerts require approval from the Director and the completion of a Special Event application.

GYMNASIUMS, MAYO EECC, TIMBERLAKE BUILDING, AND COUNTY AUDITORIUM REQUIRE MINIMUM TWO-WEEK ADVANCE NOTICE TO RENT. SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED.

Dogs permitted with leash at all walking tracks . Dog waste containers are available at these sites.  Walking Tracks are shared use(walking, biking, skate boarding) and citizens are asked to be courteous to all recreational users of the track.
