Code Enforcement Officer

Terry Sanford is a native of Person County and was raised in the Triple Springs community.

Terry worked for six years with Hall’s Plumbing, Heating, and Air. He brings a wealth of plumbing and mechanical knowledge to our team.

Terry holds Level 1 Standard Certificates as a Plumbing Inspector and Level 1 Probationary Certificates as a Building, Electrical, Mechanical, and Fire Inspector.
