Dale grew up in Person County and Graduated from Orange High School. He attended NC State University, studying Agricultural Economics and Business, and Durham Technical College in the Construction Management Apprenticeship Program.
Prior to joining Person County in 2003 as a Building Inspector, Dale was a framing contractor, construction superintendent, and business owner/operator. He was named the Director of Inspections in 2017.
Dale holds Building, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing and Fire Inspector Level III Standard Certificates.
