Take one of our loving, adoptable dogs out for a fun field trip. Whether you have a few hours or a whole day, the dogs are more than happy to get out of the kennel. This program helps our adoptable dogs use up their pent-up energy and introduce them to new experiences and people.

Getting Started

Sign-up online and use our online schedule to reserve your pick-up slot.

• Pick-up times Tuesday through Friday are 9:30am and 1:30pm.
• Pick-up times Saturday are 9:30am and 11:30am.

All dogs need to be returned by 3:30PM Tuesday through Friday and 1:00PM on Saturday.

Locations

Whether it’s cuddles on the couch, play time in the backyard, or a nice walking trail, there are plenty of locations to take a pet. Please let us know about new and fun opportunities that we can recommend to others.

Emergency Protocol

Share your Dog Day Out trip photos and stories!

We love to see photos of our dogs out having fun and hearing about their trip! After your adventure, please fill out the Pet Report Card with insights about the dog’s behavior and find out where to send photos so we may post them on social media or include them in online pet listings. These report cards help us update out dogs’ profiles and provide more information to potential adopters!
