Person County Animal Services is an animal shelter committed to providing housing, love, and new homes for strays and owner surrenders in Person County.

We provide to the community:

• Self-Service Bathing (proof of current rabies vaccine required)
• Quarantine Services for Rabies Exposure and Bites
• Animal Adoptions

• Promote the adoption of healthy, non-aggressive animals
• Encourage responsible pet ownership within the community
• Provide temporary shelter for stray, unwanted, and homeless animals
• Ensure public safety related to animal interactions
• Prevent the spread of animal-borne diseases

Call ahead for Saturday Hours. Events such as Adoption Events or Rabies Clinics may be held at a different location than the shelter.
