Purpose
The Board of Equalization & Review offers a Formal Appeal process for property owners who wish to skip the Informal Review process or who are not satisfied with the results of an Informal Review. Under N.C.G.S. § 105-322, the Person County Board of Commissioners is authorized to appoint a special Board of Equalization & Review.
