Refunds

No refunds of a paid reservation will be made unless cancellation notice is given at least 14 days prior to the first date of the reservation.  The request must be made in the name of the person making the original reservation.  Dual names will not be accepted.  The request must be in writing, giving the camping area in which reservation has been made, the dates reserved, and the name, address of the party making the reservation, along with a copy of the receipt.  This request must be recorded in the Recreation Office no later than 14 days prior to the first date of the reservation. There will be no refund of fees if the facility is not used. Any camper abandoning a reserved facility before the reservation period ends will lose the balance of that period and the facility will be considered available for use by anyone else.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in the name of the party making the original reservation.  The request must be in writing and received in the Recreation Office at least 14 days prior to the first date of the reserved period.
