GIS is more than just maps. GIS system for capturing, analyzing, communicating, and displaying information related to places. By relating seemingly unrelated data, GIS can help individuals and organizations better understand spatial patterns and relationships.

The GIS Department provides interactive web applications, GIS data, digital maps, and large format printing to citizens, businesses, and other government entities. Click on the links to the left for more information.
