Person County is seeking responses to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified registered engineers and/or other qualified responders to provide professional services to design and prepare construction documents and perform bidding services for various roof replacements in Person County, NC.

Person County owns and maintains over 40 facilities and also provides roof replacements for Person County Schools and Piedmont Community College. The County anticipates several projects to be considered for roof replacement each year and builds that expense into its annual Capital Improvement budget. Potential roof replacements may include all the basic roof construction such as single-ply and multi-ply membranes, modified bitumen, metal and shingle roofs.
