Position Title: Community Transformation Grant CTG Program Administrator

Annual Salary Range: $47,789 - $64,515
FLSA: Exempt

Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in Public Health Education or in Public Health Administration or a human services program preferably with course work in human services planning and evaluation, and one year of experience in human service program service planning, administration, or evaluation, OR graduation from a four-year college or university and three years of administrative or consultative experience in a human service program, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Duties: Start and coordinate a Community Transformation Grant CTG Leadership Team to direct the projects for each CTG strategic direction. Coordinate CTG leadership meetings. Manage the development of a CTG action plan through the leadership team. Act as liaison between State staff and the leadership team. Serve as local media spokesperson for the CTG and assist media staff with the development of a marketing/media plan. Assume leadership in educating the public about the goals of the CTG. Develop relationships with new partners as identified. Supervise two Community Health Education II positions. Ensure that each Health Educator II is servicing their respective regions and are managing and developing their local coalitions. Also assist State staff with the collection of regional data and evaluate the impact of select strategies on decreasing health disparities. Complete reports as needed for State staff.
