Person County Government Moves to New Technology for Job Applications
Person County Government will launch a new software system on October 23, 2017 to improve the hiring process for job seekers, human resources and hiring managers. Job seekers are able to quickly apply online to numerous positions currently open via www.personcounty.net. Interested candidates can apply for current vacancies or sign up for new openings that become available.
Person County Government has partnered with NEOGOV, the nation’s largest cloud software for HR in government and education. Using this technology, HR and hiring managers can access online records to streamline the hiring process.
Job seekers must have an email account and create a user name and password to get started in NEOGOV. Detailed instructions will be available on the website on how to apply along with frequently asked questions (FAQ’s).
Any new job opportunities posted as of October 23, 2017 will require an online application through NEOGOV. Paper applications will continue to be accepted for current job opportunities posted until the listed closing date. Please bear with us as we transition from paper to online applications.
