REQUEST TO POSTPONE PUBLIC HEARING

Cypress Creek Renewables has requested to postpone the October 6, 2025, Public Hearing on the Person County Solar Ordinance Text Amendment to a later date to allow them more time to engage with the community. The Board of County Commissioners will consider this request at the October 6 meeting. If the continuance is granted, the public hearing will be opened on Monday night but immediately continued to a future date. It is anticipated the Board will grant the request and no testimony will be taken that night.
