On July 25, the Small Business Administration (SBA) announced an administrative declaration of a disaster for North Carolina enabling disaster loans for survivors of Tropical Depression Chantal flooding. Durham and Orange Counties are the primary and Alamance, Caswell, Chatham, Granville, Person, and Wake Counties are the contiguous counties for which SBA assistance is eligible. SBA disaster loans may be available to homeowners, renters, and businesses of all sizes in areas
