The Person County Board of Elections will conduct a simulated election on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, beginning at 10:00 a.m.  County boards are required to conduct a simulated election for the purpose of testing equipment when adopting or acquiring a new voting system.  The simulated election will allow county board members and the public to witness the testing of the certified voting system recommended to the board of commissioners in accordance with Numbered Memo 2021-01 regarding the procedures for purchasing voting equipment. 

The simulated election will be conducted in the Person County Board of Elections office located at 331 S. Morgan Street, Roxboro, NC, and is open to the public.  For questions or more information, contact our office at 336-597-1727.
