Planning Board Meeting

Due to the extended COVID-19 restrictions, the City's regularly scheduled Planning Board meeting will take place in a digital format. Anyone wishing to just view/listen to the meeting may use the information below:

The Planning Board has three items on the agenda for the May meeting:

-Rezoning Request for 1029 N Madison Blvd (TM 38 7) to change from PUD (Planned Unit Development) to B-1 Highway Commercial.

-Rezoning Request for three parcels on Old Durham Road (TM 100 Lots 49, 12, and 1) to change from I-2 and R-12 (Heavy Industrial and Low-Density Residential) to O/I (Office Institutional).

-Major Subdivision on parcel between 501 and Lucy Garrett Road (TM A62 112)

An opportunity for public comment will be provided for each of these agenda items.
