January Art Classes at Kirby

Get ready for some new painting projects, taught by Kim Solomon at the Kirby Cultural Arts Complex!



OLAF PAINTING:

January 18th from 10am -12pm

Instructor: Kim Solomon
(This class is recommended for ages 5+. Children 5-7 must be accompanied by adult. Children 8+ may attend without adult).

Bring your little budding artist to a fun painting class where all materials, set up, and cleanup is provided for! All you need to do is show up! This fun class is the perfect bonding experience to enjoy making art, learning about blending and layering color. The Instructor will walk you through step by step how to paint your masterpiece.
Limited to 12 children.
Cost: $20 per painter. Fee includes ONE 12x16 panel board per painter, painting supplies and step by step instructions!

 

Wooden Snowman Hanger

January 18th from 1 pm - 3 pm
Instructor: Kim Solomon

(This class is recommended for children 13+ and adults)

Come paint a wooden cutout of a snowman that can be used as a decoration on a door or added to a wreath. Snowman is approximately 14" tall. Painter can customize the colors and the snowman design. Painter can add letters as well, for example "Let it Snow" or "The Smiths". The instructor will guide you step by step to complete your very own masterpiece. No previous painting experience is required!

Only 14 seats available.

Cost: $25 per painter. Fee includes: 14" wooden snowman cutout, painting supplies, and step by step instructions.
